The customer who requests a service will be aware of and agree to the following terms.

I will draw

- NSFW

- Soft Gore

- Chibi

- Feral

- Furry

- Humans

- Scenarios (Depending on complexity)

- Reference.

I won't draw

- NSFW Cub or Minors¹.

- NSFW Feral.

- Gore.

- Certain fetishes.

- Apologies to Nazism, Racism, Homophobia, Xenophobia or any type of intolerance.

¹-the character must present physical characteristics as a character of legal age

Rules

- To commission with me-Ellizary- You must be at least 18 years of age.

- NO REFUND after payment and submission of the first sketch of the art.

- Art parcel is authorized, but not mandatory; being the first half of the payment before sketch.

-I reserve the right to refuse certain types of art.

- Delays or any type of problems that generate changes in deliveries will be informed to customers

- Deliveries followed Trello's order.

- Respect from the artist and the client

Commission Process

1-I will request references of characters that will be used in the arts

2. The idea and concepts of the art will be presented

3. First sketch.

3. 1 . 1. Will present the idea of the initial art

3. 1 . 2. Any type of change will be allowed.

4. Second Sketch

4. 1 . 1 -It will present the art in a more solid way, aiming at details such as muscles, coat types, hair, among others.

4. 1 . 2. Any type of change will be allowed.

5.Line

5. 1 . 1. Solid and clean lines, last step before final colors

5. 1 . 2. Any type of change will be allowed

6.Colors

6. 1 . 1. Process of applying the proper colors to the characters and the design itself.

6. 1 . 2. Any change process regarding the characters' colors will be allowed

7. Shaded

7. 1 . 1. Shadow, Depth Light and Drawing Effects

7. 1 . 2. No changes will be allowed regarding the characters.

As a customer you

- You will receive your artwork in high resolution, with a file in email.

- You can publish the art on your social networks without removing the signature or watermark.

- Print and use your commission for personal use only.

- You can request an artwork for free if within 90 business days (Monday-Friday) there is no process update

-You will not be able to resell the art as your own.

Payment

-For USD payment will be made only by Paypal

-I accept BRL payment in Deposit, Transfer, Pix, Boleto and Paypal

deadlines

- I draw from monday to friday, with a main focus on commissions, allowing me to also work on other projects that include Fanarts or personal drawings.

-Once the payment is made, I will have up to 90 business days to deliver you at least the first sketch following Trello's order in the commission queue.

-Delays or any type of setback will be informed with concerned customers.
